Chadia Nohra
Founder & Director
Chadia is the Founder & Director of TLP. She holds a Master’s Degree in Interpretation from the Centre for Languages & Translation at the Lebanese University. Immediately after graduating, the Centre hired her as a lecturer, where she spent 15 years teaching translation. She has turned her passion for languages into a successful career, which led her to establish TLP in 2017. She believes in a workplace that nurtures a culture of belonging and growth and values talent, hard work and honesty. She has inspired and attracted a group of like-minded, pioneering linguists and provided them with promising work opportunities.
Nisrine Olleik
General Manager
Nisrine is the General Manager of TLP. She has a BA in Applied Living Languages and a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Relations from the Lebanese University. She joined TLP as an Office Manager in 2018 and stepped up very quickly to lead the whole team thanks to her solid managerial skills, underpinned by dedication, loyalty and discipline. She is a consummate professional who ensures the team’s performance is optimised at all times.
Pia Bou Mansour
Operations Manager
Pia is the Operations Manager of TLP. She joined the team in 2020. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation from the Lebanese University. Pia’s linguistic aptitude, coupled with her inherent composure and ability to manage complex tasks, set her out for a management role early on. Her drive and motivation ensure the smooth running of operations and help build the confidence upon which TLP’s growth and expansion are based.
Aya Haydar
Senior Finance Officer
Aya is a Senior Finance Officer holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking Studies from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. Shortly after graduating, she joined a leading accounting firm in Beirut, where she gained extensive experience in the realm of accounts, audits and financial consulting. In 2021, she became part of TLP’s team, taking on the responsibility of overseeing all its finances, taxation and payroll. Her wit, diligence and meticulousness – as attested by her colleagues and superiors – serve as the bedrock of TLP’s financial safety.
Carole El Jurdi
Accounting and Admin Assistant
Carole is the Accounting and Admin Assistant at TLP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Auditing from the Lebanese University. She joined TLP in 2023 and quickly
emerged as the linchpin of its data management and archiving systems. Her dynamic approach and detail-oriented nature render her essential to the seamless functioning of the financial and administrative operations within the company.
Jad El Hage
Senior Linguistic Consultant
Jad is a Senior Linguistic Consultant at TLP. He has a Research Master’s in Translation Studies from the Lebanese University and is well-versed in translation theory. It is not only the 10+ years of field experience and the 4+ years of teaching translation that make Jad so unique and excellent at his job, it is also his humility, open-mindedness and professional ethics. Jad joined TLP in 2017 and soon became the mainstay of the implementation team.
Nadine Baz
Lead Linguist & Quality Assurance
Nadine is the Lead Linguist & Quality Assurance at TLP. She holds a BA in Living Languages and a Master’s in Translation & Interpretation from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. In 2021, she joined TLP, bringing with her an invaluable 15+ years of experience as the head of a translation department at a renowned university. Her academic background, along with her pursuit of perfectionism, made her the obvious QA choice for TLP. She is valued for her ability to play both a pedagogic and a practical role in the team.
Gaëlle Abboud
Linguist
Gaëlle is a Linguist at TLP. She has an MA in Translation from Saint Joseph University, Beirut, with a focus on conference translation. In recognition of her natural linguistic talents, she was offered a teaching job at USJ at a very young age. Those same assets secured her a key place at TLP soon after she joined as a freelancer in 2020. Gaëlle’s commitment to personal and professional growth steered her towards a clear path of career development.
Amany Haddad
Senior Linguist
Amany is a Senior Linguist at TLP. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation from the Lebanese University with high distinction and has 15+ years of experience. Amany is a niche linguist who has focused since graduation on Arabic and its intricacies. She combines discipline, multitasking and productivity and never fails to deliver a meticulously crafted product. TLP takes great pride in the fact that Amany was its very first recruit.
Nadine Hayek
Senior Linguist
Nadine is a Senior Linguist at TLP. She is an Interior Design graduate who made a career shift after moving to France where she rediscovered her love for the French language. Hailing from a multilingual and culturally rich background, Nadine smoothly transitioned from designing interiors to designing texts. Her journey as a linguist started in 2014, and she is now one of TLP’s most trusted French linguists.
Nagham Khayrallah
Senior Interpreter & Linguist
Nagham is a Senior Interpreter & Linguist at TLP. She holds a Master’s Degree in Interpretation from the Lebanese University. Nagham’s linguistic skills, combined with her dedication and ambition, have earned her a well-deserved place at TLP. She joined as a junior translator in 2017 and rapidly progressed to become a seasoned professional capable of leading projects and guiding team members.

Maria is a linguist at TLP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from the Lebanese
University. In 2021, Maria started her journey with TLP as a freelancer, but her natural professional aptitude and strong passion for languages quickly propelled her to a central role within the linguistic department at TLP. Maria’s path stands as a compelling example of self-improvement achieved through persistence and dedicated work.

Manal is the Sales Representative at TLP. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from the
Beirut Arab University. With solid experience in B2B sales operations, she joined the team in
2023, driven by a commitment to enhancing TLP’s market presence. With anThrough her
energetic and creative approach, Manal proactively explores emerging trends. Her refined communication skills, both in digital and in-person interactions, play a crucial role in broadening the company’s portfolio.
